Got thru my 2nd total body circuit in week 5. Day 3 done. Soo not looking forward to double workout Friday. But I am 1 day closer to beta workouts and after reading all the comments, I am looking forward to that.

That's impressive. I think the way I WAS progressing I would have had a similar experience but regretfully I took 2 weeks off instead of one and starting week 5 with total body circuit with that much time off was do-able but boy did I feel it. I average 270 on the cardio T25 give or take a couple calories. I have seen others post similar numbers as mine.

@piejin - I am still in alpha but i laughed when I read your post. LOL T25 is my "real" workout. I did accidently start T25 with the first beta disc and I was doing it no problem only realizing my mistake because Shaun T referenced that its beta. I finished it and the next day I started the alpha.

total body circuit complete. I enjoy the spider moves, I like jumping into squats and burpees, still struggling with shoulder tap pushups, oblique pushups, pretty much anything to do with pushups. I'm thinking I need to be working on my pushups. lol
