i'm 5'1 36 yr old....133 and size 4 pants....when I was 145 I was a size 10....I bet you can do a 4 or 6 when you're 130-135!!!! I have a more muscular build and strength train twice a week ...so my goal is 125....but I'm stuck at 131-133 and have been for about a year....I have a healthy look and some shape...so any less…

old habits die hard....this site seems great. I know you can take the weight off! I had bypass as well....2010...I've lost 100 would like to see 10 more to be in the middle of my range. I've caught myself doing things I shouldn't here and there....so it comes down to good choices daily. :)

have you had lab work done to make sure your thyroid and other hormones that can affect weight loss are in order? If your body is ok health-wise, then change it up...our bodies are smart and need to be tricked.
