Yep same here HW 282, lost a few lbs before joinng MFP and loosing 24 for a total of -44, my first goal is to at least be 199.9, then will continue from there, feel free to add

drinks about 32oz water, will fill you up for a bit and maybe take the urge away until you can go to bed? good luck

drink more water and same as above not so much fast food, try protein bars,drinks etc...good luck
