I use Bob's Red Mill and was eating it just now.....clear rocks. Looks a bit like glass but it takes the enjoyment out of eating it.

PW: 147.5 CW: 148 I'm ok with the small gain, I had a big loss for me last week so I expected it to happen. I'm a little sad because I tried really hard but I need to not let it get me down and just keep perservering :)

PW 150.5 CW 147.5 Yah! I'm so happy and so skepitical. Everytime I lose weight like that it comes back the following week. Anybody have any thoughts on if Asparatame is impeeding their weight loss?

No worries! I gained last week, and the team was so supportive. I also gained a few weeks back. I didn't do anything different so all I can do is push on and hope for better next time...you can do it, keep up the great work :)

I am definitely up for the 10% more calories burned. That is a goal I think I can reach since I haven't been exercising lately. Why? I don't know! I did my first day of Jillian Michaels Get ripped in 30 and holy crap! It wasn't that it was uber hard but I HURT! Funny how I have muscles where I didn't know I had them :)

I went to a cooking class and they did these but with cinnamon and a bit of sugar. I like to roast for longer because I like them crispier. I hope it's OK i'm posting here. I'm not on Team Bob but Team Jilian doesn't have any challenges or posts so I thought I'd look at the other teams for some tips and motivation :)

I'm not sure where people are getting their water calculations from, but as long as they drink the water and feel ok that's all that matters. Just be aware that there is such a thing as water toxicity. You can drink too much water so be careful. That being said...I don't drink enough so good job to those that do! If…
