One thing that may help with the last few pounds in switching it up is to do the 30 day challenge on bodyrock.tv :) it's totally free, and totally amazing. I'm going to start it after I get a few more weeks of clean eating under me and I'm no longer "detoxing" for lack of a better word :) The people that do it totally love…

Thanks neanderthin - that's exactly what I've started to do... I need easy stuff, and am doing eggs for dinner, and as you stated, steak! Can't go wrong with steak... it isn't that I'm against food, it's fighting the "not hungry" bit coupled with the amount of food I can eat.. it's really weird and just haven't experienced…

hmmm, I hadn't thought about an HRM to be honest but I do think it would be a good idea. I'm trying to get the most bang for my buck when I'm working out, and being fanatical about calories and food tracking is really starting to work for me, plus I'm OCD that way :) I just want to get new leathers cause they are too…

Thanks gang - that's what I did end up doing last night - loading all the strength stuff, and then going under cardiovascular for calories burned etc... it would just make sense (and be nice) to be able to track it with the strength and/or be able to add the projected calories with the rep/sets/weight section if I'm going…

Don't know what kind of phone you have, but I got an app for my droid that's fantastic :) tracks everything, tells you when to start/stop etc.. was awkward at first doing it with my phone, but I can even listen to Pandora while the app tracks etc. it's C25K Pro :)
