I live in Houston, but they have Nordstrom in SD too (I would go to the one at Fashion Valley). They have lots of styles, sizes, etc. and bra fitters that will help pick out styles for you.

I agree with the snack choices - I eat a serving of almonds (about 25), a Yoplait Light yogurt, string cheese, or fresh fruit almost daily for snacks. I also LOVE the Kashi TLC Dark Chocolate & Coconut granola bars...yummy! I have a snack late morning and mid-afternoon, with each being between 150 - 200 calories.

I am NOT a nutritionist or trainer, but I have read alot about this too, and you definitely don't want to cut your calories!!! I would try adding some type of weight / resistance training, as your body may have gotten used to the walking and yoga (you're at a plateau). Muscles burn calories, so a little weight training may…
