Beth, you just surprised me I did not realize cottage cheese and laughing cow were high in sodium. :ohwell: I must watch my sodium due to severe health issues. I try hard to keep it at 1500 but fail most of the time. MFP set it to 2500 :noway:

Thanks for this post, being on low carb I do not eat potatoes, but if I must succumb to the temptation now I have an alternative way to have a potato chip. The part about the potato bursting into flames kinda freaked me out and I laughed. :noway:

I love coconut palm sugar, it has a low glycemic index which means it does not spike my blood sugar. I use the dark coconut palm sugar for a sub on a sweet potato instead of brown sugar. Happy shopping Day! :smile:

I went looking for ice cube tray to make stick ice cubes to fit in my volvic water bottle. I have never heard of ice cube trays that make pebble ice. Please tell me online where I can purchase them? This is awesome idea and making fruit cubes also. I know this will work for me because my water bottle gets luke warm and like I said I need my water hot or cold but luke warm ...I just want to spew out of my mouth!

I use Greek Yogurt plus always frozen fruit will thicken it up. I am low carbing so do not do bananas but others have said a frozen banana or 1/2 banana thickens up the shake. One more secret is instant pudding like banana cream or coconut cream of course its sugar free.
