I agree with others very low calories slows metabolism down, mine went to a crawl . I abused my body this way but not with hcg. OUR BODIES WILL TAKE REVENGE SOONER OR LATER when we starve it of nutrients needed for fuel.

Thanks for recipe tomorrow I will be using this with fresh pineapple. I will combine it with no carb shirataki angel hair noodles. This recipe will help me on 2nd day back low carb. I will use dark palm coconut sugar to cut carbs further.

I had trouble getting the crust to get crispy with the cauliflower because of moisture in the cauliflower the middle gets soggy. I am going to try this recipe perhaps the Broccoli crust will not have the same problem. Was the crust completely crisp or was it soggy in the middle?
