Lets get some protein powder recipes going!

I personally LOVE a scoop of protein powder (vanilla) in with some Great Value (walmart brand) banana cream pie lite yogurt. I mix it in then freeze it until halfway frozen (maybe 20 min?) it is DELICIOUS and awesome after a hard workout! Try it.. its SO good.

    8 oz Trop50 orange juice
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/2 a banana( I slice it and freeze it)
    ice to make it slushy
blend til nice and frothy and slushy

tastes just like an Orange Julius, only healthier. If you dont like artificial sweeteners it can be made with regular OJ.

I have vanilla and was going to try another pancake recipe that called for 1 scoop vanilla powder, 1 egg, water, and smashed banana if desired...but yours with the oatmeal sounds way better! Am now going to try your version first, thanks!

    Protein pancakes

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/991227-ultimate-protein-pancakes-omg?hl=pancake

I use a whole egg, vanilla Greek yogurt, I add a tiny bit of milk if it's too dense... I've tried with both vanilla and chocolate protein powder... regular and whole wheat flour... 350ish calories and it's a huge serving. Then I add chocolate chips and maple syrup and it's 600-700 calories but it keeps me full for 4-5 hours. I love them so much I make them every other week or something.

Oh or just mixed with oats.

My new favorite though is one serving of oats, 1 tbsp of nut butter, 1 tbsp of jelly and half a scoop of vanilla powder. Delicious. Not a fan of peanut butter so I use almond but I'm sure it would be delicious with PB or PB2 too.

mmm I haven't made protein pancakes in a while, you guys are making me hungry! I would use
    2 eggs
    1 banana
    1 scoop protein powder
    1tbs chia seeds
*kitten* load of cinnamon (loveee cinnamon)

mix it together and you have yourself some killer pancake batter! Topped with low fat plain yoghurt and raspberries it is heaven. You can even reduce down some frozen raspberries with 2tbs of freshly squeezed orange juice over heat for about 10 mins and you have yourself raspberry sauce...

ok I MUST MAKE THIS tomorrow for breakfast :D:D

    Butterfinger Protein Shake:

I use these ingredients, but you can add or drop certain things to manipulate the calories..:

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1-2tsp low calorie/low fat butterscotch pudding mix (dry)
    8-10 ice cubes
1 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp PB2, or 1 Tbsp of whatever peanut butter you like
    1/2 frozen banana

This comes to about 280 calories, depending on the products you use. It's definitely one of my 'go to' protein shake recipes.

1 scoop protein powder, 2-3 Tbsp Peanut Butter, 6oz greek yogurt, and add some cinnamon to taste; just mix the protein powder and PB together in a bowl, then mix in the yogurt and cinnamon. Makes a great and tasty PB protein fluff.

I will have to try some of these! I usually either have it just mixed with water, or sometimes I will do a scoop of chocolate protein powder with a banana and some peanut butter and almond milk.

1/4 c of frozen blueberries and strawberries,1/4 c of coconut water, 1/4 c of spinach and 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder. blend til berries are no longer chunky! very good,
Or instead of berries use frozen pineapple chunks to give it a tropical flavor!
