mmm I haven't made protein pancakes in a while, you guys are making me hungry! I would use
    2 eggs
    1 banana
    1 scoop protein powder
    1tbs chia seeds
*kitten* load of cinnamon (loveee cinnamon)

mix it together and you have yourself some killer pancake batter! Topped with low fat plain yoghurt and raspberries it is heaven. You can even reduce down some frozen raspberries with 2tbs of freshly squeezed orange juice over heat for about 10 mins and you have yourself raspberry sauce...

ok I MUST MAKE THIS tomorrow for breakfast :D:D

    Butterfinger Protein Shake:

I use these ingredients, but you can add or drop certain things to manipulate the calories..:

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1-2tsp low calorie/low fat butterscotch pudding mix (dry)
    8-10 ice cubes
1 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp PB2, or 1 Tbsp of whatever peanut butter you like
    1/2 frozen banana

This comes to about 280 calories, depending on the products you use. It's definitely one of my 'go to' protein shake recipes.

1 scoop protein powder, 2-3 Tbsp Peanut Butter, 6oz greek yogurt, and add some cinnamon to taste; just mix the protein powder and PB together in a bowl, then mix in the yogurt and cinnamon. Makes a great and tasty PB protein fluff.

I will have to try some of these! I usually either have it just mixed with water, or sometimes I will do a scoop of chocolate protein powder with a banana and some peanut butter and almond milk.

1/4 c of frozen blueberries and strawberries,1/4 c of coconut water, 1/4 c of spinach and 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder. blend til berries are no longer chunky! very good,
Or instead of berries use frozen pineapple chunks to give it a tropical flavor!

When talking about cooking with protein powder, does whey protein powder being denatured by temperatures above 140 degrees F concern you?

Not that it matters I guess. Just wondering.

    Thanks.

I use chocolate protein powder. I usually have a smoothie with 1 or 1/2 scoop of protein powder, 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter, 1 frozen banana, maybe 1/4 to 3/4 cup yogurt, and as much unsweetened almond milk as I want. It's also really good in oatmeal (1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk) with fresh fruit, like strawberries and bananas.

Every morning I have this chunky monkey protein shake that I adapted from a pinterest recipe and it is sooooo good (imo):

    1 banana
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    1 cup skim milk
    1-2 cup ice cubes
    2 tbsp PB2
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup

Throw it all in a blender and you are good to go!

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (I use PB2 for less fat)
1 tbsp stevia or other sweetener (optional)
1/4 cup milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc...
    Dark chocolate chips

Add protein powder, peanut butter and sweetener to bowl and mix, add milk a bit at a time, stirring until dough like consistency is achieved. It is easy to overdo it, so add slowly. Add chocolate chips and stir to combine. Consume like delicious, guilt free cookie dough.
