This morning I walked 3.25 miles on the treadmill, but the iPhone health app that syncs to MFP says I only walked 2.88 miles. Curious as to why this might be? Any help would be appreciated.

I do a turkey sausage patty and yogurt once I get to work. I don't like/have time to eat while still at home.

I agree - don't buy the stuff you crave. Or buy small individual sized portions to help with calories. I am not a big sweet eater, much prefer salty, but my favorite sweet is Heath bars. I keep a bag of Heath mini's in my work food stash - and eat one each day. JUST ONE. It satisfies my "sweet" need, but doesn't over do…
