Last year I started at 265. I kind of fell off and found myself gaining. On Monday January 13, 2014 I weighed in at 275. I have been logging in every day and tomorrow January 21 will be one week. I am hoping for a 3 to 5 pound loss.. But I must keep going. I my goal is to get down to 200 pounds. Let us encourage one another
