The ways they make it 0 calorie is disgusting...If it's not from the earth you shouldn't be putting it into your body. Why not try some Green Tea or flavored Green Tea. No Calories, and has properties that help boost Metabolism and weight loss. + it tastes good.

Yeah man...if you're burning 1500 calories a day you should be eating 2700+ easy.

My TDEE is 3600 calories a day (I'm 6'1 242 pounds, 26 years old) I am in no way going to eat 2500+ calories, but I'm thinking more in the 1800 range...

I believe the answer is because they are delicious...now just to avoid them.

Carbs aren't the devil....Processed Carbs and anything processed in general need to be avoided. Need them carbs and starches otherwise your body will start to burn muscle. My motto (albeit a new one) If I can't pronounce it...it doesn't end up in my body. I think I'll have some pasta for lunch now...Carbolicious
