Tonight, I am looking forward to making "Chickpeas and Greens with Moroccan Spices" out of Deborah Madison's Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone cookbook. I can't wait to report on the results. I, admittedly, am not a fan of whole chickpeas. I've really only been able to eat them as hummus. So, we'll see how this goes.
