I am doing strength training as well as the running. I will definitely be sure to warm up, and add some tempo into my runs!! My thing is that I want to pick up…

Thank you all! As for the flat tummy and having kids, I have 2 kids. My daughter is almost 4 (I gained 41lbs with her) and my son is 19 months (I only gained 11 with him). So, getting a flat tummy is definitely not impossible! When I was pregnant, I weighed 205lbs! Even if your babies are younger than mine, it is still…

I LOVE running! Right now I am running 5 miles every night! It takes me about 45 minutes to do it though... I am trying to work myself up for my first 5k! I know a 5k is only a little over 3 miles, but I like to push myself extra hard!!

Well, I do about 45 mins of cardio daily, and then 20-30 mins of strength training daily! As far as strength exercises, I work different muscle groups and abs each day. So, one day I will do chest, back, and abs. The next I will do legs and abs. So on... I started out doing the 30 day shred, but I didn't feel like it was…

I want to know this as well. MFP has me at 1200 daily, but I rarely eat that and it goes even lower when I exercise! I've never been a heavy eater though...

I am on level 2! Personally, I think level 2 is a lot easier than level 1. There were just certain exercises that I didn't like on level one such as the side lunges LOL!! I did 6 days of level one and went to level 2. What do you think of the 30DS so far?

Can you tell me if I am on the right track to healthy weight loss? I started MFP over a week ago, and since then I have lost 5 pounds. I am a 5' 5.5" female, starting weight was 170 last month. Now I am at 162lbs. For exercise I always do 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training everyday. I like to switch…
