I burn anywhere from 1000-1200 calories on my long runs! I am talking 8-10 miles here and running at a decent pace for well over an hour to about an hour and a half. Heart rate stays in the 160-170 bpm range.

I loved the Supreme 90 and got amazing results! I did it for strength along with running! I lost 50+ pounds with them both!! I was also super toned and firm! Loved it! I am going to be starting it again soon for a second go!!

I have the same problem! However, it is only after I eat a lot of food at once. It is annoying and I hate the little "food baby" that lingers until the next day! I do it for my strength days! I think it is okay!! Looking forward to moving onto P90X or something harder! I think all of the DVDs are very short and easy to do.

I manage to keep my sodium around 1000mg or lower 90% of the time. I NEVER go over 1500mg that is for sure! I am the same way! It doesn't really consume my day, but at night I sit there and torture myself thinking about all of the yummy snacks I could be eating! :( Sucks!!
