I feel the same way! Last week I was wearing a size 10 in shorts. They were kind of loose but I could still wear them without them falling off. Now this week, I can't even wear them anymore! Thanks ladies! I have always been a runner and I am so happy I decided to pick it back up! I have only been training for about a month and a half. I am doing another 5k in September and that is when I am hoping to have my time down! You all are amazing and you will do great! The feeling when you complete it is awesome!!

WOW! Good job! I just ran my first 5K this weekend too! I finished in 27.09 mins and I was 7th out of the age group and 59th overall!!

I completely cut out Ranch dressing. I was soooo addicted to it! I ate it on salads, fries, baked potatoes, chicken, ughh everything! Now I use Salad Spritzer for my salads :( LOL! Not soo bad but I would rather have 30 cals for a dressing than 400+ ... sigh.

Yeah the cravings are the worst. I just smashed a 6" turkey sub and 2 servings of potato chips for lunch LOL! Definitely going to have to work that off tonight LOL!!!!!

Hey there! I am 5'5" and have had 2 babies, my last one was almost 9 pounds 2 weeks early! Yikes! Here is my pregnancy picture with him and where I am at right now! Toward the end of my pregnancy I was into the 200lb mark! Here is where I am at now. Currently at 152lbs!

I started seeing losses right away! I am still losing about 2-3lbs per week.

Okay, so going by this, I run 5-7 miles per night so we will guess on average about 36 miles per week. It takes me about 45 mins to run 5 miles and about an hour to run the 7 miles. I am going to run a practice 5K tonight and time myself and go by that I guess.

From timing myself, I am in between 25 and 26 mins. I want to be under 25, but from the looks of it, that seems a little crazy for my first race.

I have had 2 babies! My oldest is almost 4 and my youngest is 20 months! This is me at 9 months with my youngest! And this is my belly this morning... Not exactly where I want it to be, but looking good!
