    Well, I think mine look pretty good considering I'm not doing any strength training yet, just lots of cardio. Turns out there were some muscles under all that fat LOL. The first one was taken 1/31/12. The second one taken last night 6/21/12. In that time, I've lost about 18 lbs, but since I started running, my shape has changed more rapidly.
