    Ladies, threads like these are what inspired me to start lifting! Im 5 weeks into 5x5 and loving it. Will hit bodyweight squats this week! I'll post a pic at some point :)

    Mine are a little wimpy compared to many of y'all... it's something though, haha. These arms can bench 90 lbs!
