I have been working a lot on my arms lately! Here is a picture I took today! What do you think?? What could I improve on? Right now I work with mostly 10 and 20 pound dumbells doing exercises like dumbell rows, chest press, lateral raises, chest fly, curls, punches, swing throughs, swimmers, wood chops, presses, and so on... I also do a lot of planks and stuff! Is there anything else I should be incorporating? I would like to see some pictures of ladies who have nice arms muscles so I know where I want to be and what I have to do to get there!!!! I am 146lbs and 5'5" by the way :)

    I actually prefer the "Side triceps" pose for women. Unless you have substantial muscle, the "double biceps" often doesn't seem to fit. But so far the ladies are looking good!

    I bet Yovie, knows :-)

    Standing sideways to the "Camera" one arm at your side, other arm reaches around behind grabs wrist and applies tension, flex tricep at the same time. Good for showing off shoulders/triceps
