Hi I'm not a new mum but had my second baby 5 months ago. I had already lost 10kg prior to falling pregnant for the second time. I'm back to pre 2nd baby weight but still have about 14kg to get to my goal weight. It's hard work with two little ones but I'm determined to get there :)

My son is now 2 months old and I am only 1kg from pre preg weight. I still have 14kg to get to goal though. I've been slack with tracking but have bought myself a fitbit flex to motivate me to get moving. I'm heading back to the gym in June too :)

I'm only about 5 weeks and the only thing I've changed is the intensity of my cardio. Still going to my strength training class and my PT will modify his program to more strength workouts.

Hi everyone, I've just found out I am pregnant with #2. It's a bit of a surprise so still getting used to the idea! I am unsure of exact due date but it will most likely be late March. I have blood tests next week and a dating scan in a couple of weeks. Hope to stay fit and healthy in this pregnancy as in my last I ate…

If you don't want to eat it, don't. It's your birthday and your body. Having said that, it's my birthday today and I went to the gym, then met up with a friend who bought me a coffee and cake. It was delicious :D

I've lost 20 pounds so far and there is a definite difference in my face. :)

I cook mine in the microwave and then top with low fat greek yoghurt and a little cheese, salt and pepper. I also eat them in soups, mashed or cut them up and spray with oil, to make oven chips (fries).

I just started a new routine this week, after mainly doing cardio: M,W and Friday - 45- 60min cardio and 30min strength training class Tuesdays I will be working with a PT Thursdays and weekends are rest days or just walking. I'm so sore but feeling wonderful!
