That does seem like a really high amount for 1/4 chicken - the 400 g must be with the bones. If you have a food scale, weigh the bones etc. when you're done and use the net figure for the actual grams of chicken eaten. Otherwise, there are other other 1/4 chicken foods in the database. When I see the weight tickers with "only" 10 to 20 pounds to lose, I think, "Good for you, you're working on it before it gets out of hand". Don't all of us who have considerably more to lose wish we'd started sooner? As other posters have said, perspective is everything. :flowerforyou:
