like you, i just make sure i measure everything, so i know what calories my portion has :heart: also its no harm to use smaller portions of oil, butter, sauces or cheese when cooking, make the meal more healthier without alerting your other half, cuz then they think you have made it low fat and it doesnt taste as good!…
