Well, 9 pounds down! I cannot believe that I am actually losing weight this time. I am attempting to cut out the crap. I am also be gluten free, which is SO hard for me. Thanks for all of the words of encouragement. We can all do this!

My doctor actually recommended DDP Yoga to me. I need a low or zero impact workout. Though it is yoga, he teaches you how to get your heart rate up to burn calories. I am looking forward to starting the program :)

I am 5'2" and weigh 195 pounds. I wear a size 16. My goal is 140 pounds. I have never been less than a size 12, so I am not sure what size to go for. Guess a medium would be nice.

I did this last night. I went to bed, started to read, and ate something like 20 Hershey kisses. At least I added it to my diary. Today is a new day!

Thank you all for the awesome words of encouragement. All of the other times I have attempted to lose weight I had a plan. Perhaps having no plan is the best plan of all? All I can do is take it day by day. Cannot overthink it. Just have to make gradual changes.
