The best advice! I remained overweight for almost 2 years after my second child and it wasn't until I got sick of it did I actually do something! You cannot lose weight for anyone but yourself.

I'm writing these down great ideas...my husband plows as part of his job I might have to ask him to leave our driveway alone ;) gives me an excuse to get out and workout a little differently!

I went to a store to try on a dress in the window..it fit and I bought it...as I was changing the shop owner brought me a skirt in a size 8 to try without asking me my size and it fit! Still on my journey but never thought I would see single digits after years of size 16-20. Proud owner of a new dress AND skirt.

Thanks everyone I tried upping my calories and am alternating my workouts...today's weigh in i had dropped 2 lbs...hopefully i am back on track...this weight loss thing is hard work ;)
