I do this too! I try to drink water to keep my mouth occupied. If I still feel like snacking after that, then i usually am actually hungry.

Starting weight (July 16): 156 1st week weight (July 23): 2nd week weight (July 30): 3rd week weight (August 6): 4th week weight (August 13): 5th week weight (August 20): 6th week weight (August 27): starting a few days late, but i can catch up! so ready for this!
