It's been crazy week! Sorry that I'm so late. We found out Saturday that my Mother-in-law needed to move in with us since she and her youngest son were being evicted. Her memory is failing. One thing that I can do is pre-track my dinners because those are the hardest meals for me to track. May goals are consistency with tracking and weight resistance 3x a week and walking.

Mine will be sugar. I do pretty well, but I give in to temptation every so often primarily with extended family gathering. This will be challenging as I have a girls weekend trip in two weeks. I think that this challenge will help me lose even during that time.

You could try to commit to one THM meal a day and then go from there. Or try using a crock pot to prepare bulk meat to put on top of bagged salad or bagged frozen veggies that you can steam in the microwave. They are slightly pricier in steamable bags due to convenience
