I started doing blogilates around three weeks ago, and I'm already starting to see a change. I feel like I've gained more endurance, am toning up all over nicely, and my abs are getting more and more defined. I love her positive energy, and attitude in her videos. I look forward to her workouts.

I don't have the same problem as you, but I do drink tea occasionally, and I know their are many Naturally Caffeine free Herbal Teas out there. I like Celestial seasoning, they have a bunch of different flavors.

I'm allergic to Peanuts so I use the alternative. It's called I.M. Healthy Soynut Butter, I've been told by others it taste just like peanut butter. I love the taste.
