  • I'm in! I tried it for June and hit 73 miles. It was about 50 more miles than I did in May, so it was still an accomplishment. I WILL hit 100 in July for sure!

  • A low calorie fudgsicle (Popsicle brand has a no sugar added one for 40 calories). They are great especially in the summer!
  • I agree. I always log it, but I also plan on having it so I have the calories to cover it. I only drink Bud Select 55 beer now...no mixed drinks and rarely any other kind of beer. I can still have a beer with the 55, but it's not such a huge impact on my calorie count for the day, even if I have a few.
