I know this post is kind of old, but their was a glitch (especially with iphone 5) that caused songs to repeat. They released a fix for it last week or the week before.

I've read that weight training more than 3-4 times a week is counter productive, but I think it's okay to do cardio 5-6 times a week. I also read that abdominal muscles don't need a break. All that said, if you push too hard and get hurt, you are a lot worse off than if you take a few days off every week. So i think a lot…

I've never noticed anyone racing me on a treadmill or staring at my machine, but maybe that's because if I'm on a treadmill, I tend to have earphones on and really focus on myself and block out the surroundings. The Mini Challenge is 150 crunches which I already did so maybe I'll try to do another 150 later today. Incidentally, I don't think my abs have ever been this strong. My stomach has been smaller, a lot smaller actually, but I'm pretty excited that I think my core is actually getting really strong.

I love whole milk too, but only drink on special occasions. I've found that Horizon 1% milk has a very very creamy flavor. I'm a HUGE fan. It tastes a lot better than normal 1% or even normal 2% for that matter.

I ended up doing interval training at lunch rather than power-walking, so I was too wiped out to do Zumba. Finished the mini challenge of 150 squats, turbo jam, crunches, 9 glasses of water and stayed in calorie range YAHOO!

I'm sort of with the peeps who are saying if you have to choke down breakfast, maybe skip it. I REALLY love a good coffee. I made a cafe au lait every morning which has a fair amount of calories in it since I use quite a bit of milk. I use Horizon 1 % because it's nearly as creamy as whole milk. That usually hits the spot…

I walk during my lunch break. I used to go to the gym (b/c it was very close to my office), but I ended up quitting the gym and now I generally just walk for an hour at lunch. I'm lucky b/c we have a shower in my office, but even walking at a moderate pace burns a lot of calories and then you don't get all sweaty.
