I have plenty of places I want to go to, but I haven't done so for the same reason. Also, it was already mentioned on here, some airlines will charge overweight people for 2 seats. This just about sums it up. Also, if you are thinking about combining cardio and weight training, start with weight training, then go to cardio right after. It helps burn more calories. What types of exercises were you thinking about doing?

I would also love to sky dive for my bday. That is next April. I should be able to get down enough to do it. I am extremely soar from doubling up on my workouts the last couple of days, but I have to keep it going.

Hi. Welcome to MFP. I suggest plenty of protein and getting rid of the bad carbs. Feel free to add me and browse through my diary. I have something different every day. It all tastes good, and it is all really good for you. I can say that educating yourself on nutritional info for the foods you eat is the best you can do.

I'm a big believer in earning your treats. For example, yesterday, I knew I was going to have a couple of slices of pizza at night. Go out and do stuff that interests you. When you find someone, you know that you at least have something in common. I'm really surprised by the amount of women on this thread. I never thought it would be too difficult for a woman to attract a guy.

Some food items in MFP need to be corrected, so feel free to edit them. Also, have you tried keto before? It's a quick way to lose weight, but not very filling. Also, you have to watch out for keto fever.

Instead of eating comfort foods, I like to work it out... Literally, at the gym. When I am done, those endorphins make me feel a hell of a lot better.

I'm not a big fan of water, but ice really helps. The colder my water is, the better. Also, I usually drink a glass of water shortly after brushing my teeth. It's the best way for me to get to my water goal. It's nice and minty.

I don't bother to tell too many people around me about the diet. I just keep it to myself, track my food, and go about my day. That's why this support system is great. There are plenty of helpful people on here.
