I am a 38 G, so I feel your pain. I just ordered a panache sports bra on amazon. (38FF in UK size) and for the first time in my life, my ladies are supported. I can run now! I never thought that would happen.

You can try to eat that low, but with all that exercise, don't be afraid to eat more. If you're hungry, you need to eat something. Good luck!

Strength training every other day and cardio every day. This has been great for me. I mix it up, I like to take Zumba, Pilates, and yoga classes, and on days that I don't do classes, I swim laps for an hour or do 30 minutes of weights and 20-30 minutes of cardio machines like elliptical, stair master, or stationary bike.

I should mention, I wasn't trying to lose during my pregnancy, I just didn't go crazy over eating. I ate healthy and the weight came off on it's own. My doctors were pleased.

It's been a little over a year. I lost the initial 30lbs, and then I got pregnant. I lost 14lbs during my pregnancy and then the rest after giving birth. I'm finally in the 100s and intend to stay here :-) MFP has been wonderful!

Make a list of all the reasons you want to get healthy and then tape it to the fridge and pantry.

You're doing great! I weigh myself every morning but only record weight every Wednesday. It will give you a better overall report when you look back months from now.

I've been on South Beach for awhile. I've lost 20lbs in the last 45 days and my husband has lost 40lbs in the same amount of time. However, we have stayed in a modified Phase 2. I've tried SB in the past and I always fail once I hit Phase 2 because I start eating brown rice or wheat pasta. My body just doesn't do well with…

YES! I was 280lbs and was told to lost 10% of my body weight and it might help me conceive. I lost 30lbs and got pregnant. I have birth to my son almost 11 weeks ago. Good luck!
