not if you do your research ahead of time and figure out how much fat is in them. They do have some low fat options that are not that bad....just do your research, go the website and look at all the nutritional info...its there.

nope dillards bras suck they have like no support for my (32G) I have to go to a speciality boutique....it costs me about $60 a bra. I usually get 2 at a time and rotate them until I wear them out.

wishing I had this problem....I started out 34G and now I am a 32G, I just won't drop below an obnoxious size. I look forward to the day I can afford a reduction :)

Just curious, it doesn't bother you at all that he is still sleeping with his wife at the same time as you??

ARe the moves the same every day? I know when you do the same routine over and over your body gets accustomed to those motions and you don't burn as much. Maybe try doing a different type of class for a while and see if that helps.

Week 4 day 4 done....I can't believe I only have one more day of this workout wooo hoooo!! Im not sure when the best time is to do post measurements. Right after I work out or wait after my two days of rest??? When would you measure??

I am doing ripped in 30 and LOVE it. It will end for me on Friday so I think Im going to to 6week 6pack next. I have the first level on demand, so hopefully I can find the dvd at target or walmart. How many days do you stay on a level of the 6week 6pack?

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer Don't honestly know what I think about that.....I think I'll continue drinking cold water sorry. Its the only way I can get my water down. Warm water or room temperture water makes me want to gag.

Week 4 day 3 done. I had a hard time getting up to do it this morning...son was up alot last night but I did it. I knew I would feel like crap about myself if I didn't. I just can't wait for summer so my workouts don't have to be at 5am.

Yes ripped in 30 is sooo much better. I could never get past the 1st workout with shred b/c it was like torture doing the same workout 8-10 times. I am now on week 4 of ripped. Its much better to only have to do it 5-6 days.

I never did, thats why I got 30 day ripped. I only had to stay on one workout for 5 days. I get bored easy.

I am by no means an expert but I've heard that cool downs also burn calories b/c while your heart rate is slowing it is still higher than a resting hear rate....does that make sense??

Week 4 Day 2 complete. Moving to 'real' push ups definately gave me a harder workout. My shoulders are super sore already. Yay for good work outs!!

Well today I did day 1 of week 4. And Im surprised...the cardio kicked my butt but I didn't find the strength to be that hard. I do think its time I graduated from knee push ups though.
