I would use the 3 miles per hour option because I believe you are walking 2 miles in about 40 minutes. If you continued to walk for another 20 minutes, you would complete 3 miles total. Right? Or I am wrong? I have a lot of trouble with math:huh:

I am having the same problem and I'm beginning to get discouraged as well. I feel like I've given up so many of my favorite foods and haven't been enjoying eating nearly as much as I used to, only to see no results. sometimes I find that I just have to give in to my urges in order to make them go away. I'm not doing as well as you (i've lost 7 pounds in 7 weeks - I have 13 more to go), but I've felt pretty good about my choices. Keep up the great work though!

Thanks for your suggestions. I should have clarified in my post that this is just something I'm curious about and not really concerned about for caloric intake purposes. You could try Grape Nuts for breakfast. Nothing has filled me up quite like them, but don't forget to check the serving size, because they're higher in calories than some cereals, but worth it!
