  • Thanks for the help and concerns. I think I am narrowing it down to dehydration. I also read that too much sugar can cause dehydration. I think I will work on this and see how that goes.
  • usually go to bed a 9 pm, don't eat or drink after 6 pm, get up at 4 am.
