You have the most amazingly beautiful, expressive eyes! You have so much to be proud of! Healing really starts when you are able to let go of the past, the anger, the resentment and realize that YOU are worth EVERYTHING... you DESERVE happiness, greatness, peace, and love. It's amazing what happens to you inside and out…

I love Alan Aragon! Great article!

I take them before every meal and between meals. I have noticed huge benefits in my digestion and my workout recovery time since taking enzymes. Here is a short article on enzymes but you can do more research online. :-) Why are enzymes important? Enzymes are one of the most essential elements in our body. Enzymes are as…

Thanks for posting this. I looked it up and I'm a "V" shape :-) Although, it seems like the "V" shape is just another term for "apple"... both tend to be wider in the upper half with no real defined waist and slimmer in the hips and thighs.

I can't seem to find my "before" pics in the bathing suit... but this gives you an idea of how round I am in the tummy/waist, upper body (while staying pretty lean in the legs) when I gain weight. In the Before pic I weigh 137 pounds and in the After pic I weigh 122 pounds. I'm not trying to lose more weight, but am…

Great info. I like Tom Venuto, and bought his book several years ago.

I found out I was gluten sensitive about a year ago, I carry the genetic marker for celiac, but never went through with the biopsy to confirm Celiac, because after seeing how my body reacts to gluten after a year of being gluten free, I don't need the test to KNOW I am. :-) Over time, I've found that I can't tolerate any…

Great reminder :-). I hate that TOM since my cravings increase and my motivation decreases. I'm learning to power through it and not stress about it.

I'm grain free (except for the occasional gluten free oatmeal). I find that most grains hurt my tummy so I just stay away from them.

I'm a fan of the Polar HRM's. I am currently using the Polar FT4 (just using it to track HR and estimate calories burned). I have used Sportline Duo and Timex Ironman. Both of those were okay too.

I have hypothyroidism and take Armour thyroid.

I am gluten free (celiac/gluten sensitive), and over time I have cut all grains, as even the gluten free ones cause tummy issues. I do occasionally have certified gluten free oatmeal, but that's about it.

I live in Wisconsin... just outside of Madison :-)

Jay Robb is the best tasting one I have found. I love all the flavors, but especially the Tropical Dreamsicle, Chocolate, Pina Colada, and Strawberry flavors.
