I'm in the same boat.... only difference is I do get regular exercise 4-5 xs a week for about 1.5 hours per session. Interested to see what others say.

Made these...they are AWESOME. For the can't-have-dinner-without-meat-eaters in my family...I browned ground trukey and split the recipe made half with gournd turkey and half without. Both varieties ROCKED!!

I like it too. Again, as others have said, not sure about all the claimed benefits, etc., but I do notice I use the restroom alot when I drink it. Seems to work as a diuretic - so it helps in keeping the water weight off.

Out of six pair of work slacks - only two are decent enough to wear. All others are too big to the point of almost looking sloppy. Ready to step foot in the department dressing room - which before I absolutely loathed.

I budget calories like I budget money. I don't allow myself to go over just like I don't allow (or can't) buy anything if I don't have the actual cash. If I don't have the calories to spend, I don't spend them. BTW, I don't have credit cards so that is a non-issue :laugh:

Consistency is key. I have four children (18, 16, 10 and almost 2).
