Swimming, swimming and more swimming. I started going once or twice a week about a month ago and my arms are noticeably much less flabby than they were :-)

God how stupid am I, I absolutely forgot about swimming - I will definitely give that a try i think. Some days just walking is difficult enough with the achillies problem but I could definitely manage a swim, just got to find a decent pool now :-) Thank you x

It's exactly the same as Rooibos, I don't drink regular tea at all now.

You look amazing and as I'm a similar weight to what you were when you were at your heaviest you have definitely inspired me to keep at it. x

Have you tried Redbush tea because I try to have at least 3 large cups of that a day, you can get redbush with honey and redbush with vanilla that makes it slightly sweeter without adding calories.
