Hello, I would love to be adopted. I have been part of MFP on and off for a few years, but I am more serious now than ever due to health issues. I am almost 42yrs old with 3 grown children and 5 grandkids with another on the way.

:tongue: :tongue: I have also noticed that I eat the wrong foods all the time. I am now trying to replace one bad food with one food food every week. Hopefully in a couple months it will all be good foods.
