Hi You know what have a cheat day once every 2 weeks or so and dnt feel bad about it just chomp.

Not had that problem before maybe try take them first thing in the morning on a empty stomach :)

You could also try: 1 scoop of chocolate casein banana Scoop peanut butter Crushed ice XD not much of a smoothie but taste great.

Hi you could also read a book called " BRAWN" amazing book for building muscle and such hope it helps.
