You shouldn't replace any meal with a shake. They should be used as supplements, to supplement a healthy diet. Your never going to get the same nutritional profile from a shake then eating a varied diet. That said, if I'm in a rush or don't have time with work etc, I'll take a shake. You shouldn't be planning to take them…
