Nutrition is key to everything; especially cardio. carbs before cardio; protein after weight training try half a peanut butter sandwich 1/2 hour before run. and of course you need to keep hydrated before and after. (Also: 1 dill pickle before a run or weight training. sounds gross, but it works!).
