I began this diet eating carbs but my weight only moved when I limited them. Don't really understand it but I lose better on lots of protein

When reading this it could have been written by me. I have done everything right and I have not lost weight in my first week. I think bread is the culprit. I have stopped it after breakfast and feel better even though it has only been 2 days.

I have a ginger daughter who is now 29 and gorgeous. However we like to make fun of her and she takes it very well. The other day I heard someone say on the radio that redheads are not just for Christmas you have to always look after them. You are not eating enough! You should eat back your exercise and you have put your body in starvation mode where it will store everything it can

Im in. I am very unfit will try a 30 min walk today. MFP has worked for me before 6 kgs in 8 weeks. does anyone know the theory behind only drinking water?
