  • Hi, Make sure the 15 mins of cardio you are doing is intervals at a hard level. No cruising along! Eg, go very fast on x trainer/rower/bike/treadmill for 30 seconds, then take it easy for 30 or a minute. Then repeat until 15 minutes are up. You should be knackered after that!
