Based on just your picture I would say the 1600+ is a little too many unless you are doing a lot of working out or cardio. Be honest with Myfitnesspal and enter your info, the program does a really good job of selecting the right calorie intake based on that info. Good luck!!

Hang in there, remember it's a journey not a sprint. Shred wasn't my thing and I tried several different things until I found what worked for me. You'll get there.
