Check out www.tastybite.com. They have a lot of great vegan indian and thai food. The prices are cheaper than in the grocery store and if you order over 65.00 dollars worth the shipping is free. It is about time for our family to place another large orders.

When I do weigh in, on the calendar I get different stamps. I stamp OK if I get a Wii age that is lower that my current age and a Clover if I lose weight and my wii age is lower. I want to be able to look at the calendar and quickly know how I am doing for the month.

Get your ticker up. That is what motivates me. I see others with their losses and I want to get my loss number up. It has also been helpful for me get dietary advice as well. Keep showing up, adding friends, and get the ticker moving. BMW6Series

5 right. Grrr. I didn't like the question about the Big Mac and the slice of Pizza. The Big Mac would have been safer for me, because I never stop with just one or two slices of pieces. LOL! BMW6Series

I did find a couple of suitable alternatives to Gardenburger. Amy's makes a couple and I can't remember the other brand. I have been making burgers and using whole wheat english muffins that are vegan and also free of high fructose corn syrup. BMW6Series

I have been making homemade refried beans in a crock pot. It is so ridiculously cheap. I don't find fruits and veggies all that expensive, but it is hard sometimes to eat them all before they get bad. BMW6Series

I set mine up originally with a custom photo ticker and it didn't work. I just took one of the stock ones, and did exactly the same cutting and pasting that I had been doing and it worked. Kinda quirky if you ask me. BMW6Series
