Hello! I'm 29 and I have a 6 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. I work full time and spend time with them when I'm home so it's difficult to always get my workouts in. My goal is to lose 15 pounds (10 more to go) and see where that leaves me, possibly another 5 after that.

I'm going out of town tommorrow so unless I can get to a computer I won't be able to post Friday - Sunday :ohwell:

I've heard that leg cramps could be due ot a lack of potasium. I got them a lot when I was pregnant and was told to eat bananas and it seemed to help me. And definately keep hydrated, 7 glasses may not be enough if it is really hot.
-
I can't drink right before or during a run because I get stomach cramps, even if I drink only a small amount. Is there anyway to avoid this? I always end up just chugging water after.

I'd like to join the group...I started in June too

I'd like to join  .....

I LOVE the Nike+ it's what got me to finally start running and it keeps you motivated because it keeps track of pace/distance/calories/time so you get set goals. The distance is accurate but I want to get a HRM to see how close the calories are. Definately try it!
