Thanks for the comments. I would like to tone up, reduce body fat and lose weight (in that order). The only exercise I'm currently doing is running about 10-15 miles a week. I'm in pretty good shape although I don't have a very strong upper body. I'm fine with either a 45 min or 1 hour workout, I don't really have time for…

I tried to do chicken breast with BBQ sauce, I cooked it on low about 8-9 hours, and I came home and it was burnt to a crisp! I've been scared to try anything like that since then. Any tips?

I've tried it on the BlackBerry Pearl and it doesn't work well at all. It's ok to read posts and such but not to enter food or even see the nutritional value of the food...at least I haven't figured it out.

I have heard 30 min is good, 10 min/mile is a nice steady pace. 35 min is definately a decent time.

My starting weight was 130 so I need to lose 13 pounds. My goal is to lose 15 pounds so this is a great number. I'm at 4.5 pounds lost now so 8.5 left to go!

Did great on the no bread challenge...and bread is my weakness. I haven't been eating great this week because I havn't been able to make it to the grocery store. Ran 3 miles yesterday so feeling good, going to try for another 3 miles today plus 15 mins of something extra for the challenge.
