I love Fuji's, too, so if I have cheese in the house, I try to eat cheese with my apple. That's a great combo and I don't suffer from hunger afterwards. No need to give them up, if you don't have to!! :)

My Mom used to slice them and sprinkle vinegar and olive over them, I still eat them that way!! Very yummy! (peeling on, of course!) Nice alternative to a lettuce salad.

I've been using them for about a year, off and on, around cancer treatment and chemo last year. I, too, love the all over workout the sticks poles give me. I wonder if anyone has entered them into the database? I'm not sure how to get or enter the correct values. Anyone have any idea?

Try to eat lots of vegies as they are low cal. I fill up on them, add a good source of protein, and that kind of thing. Your friends should be able to look at your diary and tell you what you can do. I hope this helps!

Hmmm... I fruit smoothie made with Vanilla Almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, and Protein Powder. Now that I'm freezing, I'm drinking a cup of hot herbal tea.
