Thank you all so much for all the wonderful suggestions! I learned a few things on my first run. a) the walking intervals between the jogging feel shorter and shorter b) I DESPERATELY need to get some new shoes because the ones I ran in yesterday were pretty hard-soled and I could just feel my feet slamming on the…

Thank you all so much for your input!! Though I know grapes are on the higher end of the sugary fruits, I like the taste of frozen grapes, and find that eating them frozen keeps me from eating the whole bag in one sitting! It also helps to curb my cravings slightly, though it hasn't been 100%. As far as not having them in…

Haha, thank you for that =] I'm trying to "sub" out my cravings with things like celery, grapes, etc. However, when it comes to how to substitute bread... I've got nothing.

Its horrible but amazing at the same time to have this many angel mom's and dad's. Its horrible because of what we have all went through, but amazing because we are able to get together and support each other in more ways then just weightloss. What we have went through takes all of our strength and I believe that if we can…

I would quote all of the wonderful advice, but that would just take up space haha. But all of you have helped a lot! I'm getting on FitnessBlender right now, because I would like to give that a shot first. I think I'm going to start 30DS today as well, and see how long I can stick with it because of the powerful results I…

Thank you for your suggestions! And because I can't seem to stick to ANYTHING I try. I can't afford a gym membership currently because up until yesterday, I was pretty in debt. Do you have any suggestions in what other than videos I might try that would be a motivator?

Thank you. I've been looking at all the other posts about 30DS, and I think I'm convinced I can at least stick with it for 30 days. Who knows, I might actually stick with it if I see results like the ones I have been seeing on others. I just get so frustrated and stuck when I do all this work, and don't see any change.

I try to do at least ten minutes before I go to bed. Its a good stretch and helps to relax me. Its hard to start and stick with something, so my best advice is to just set an alarm or something, 1 a day or 3 times a week, to remind you that its time. =] Good luck, and keep trying!
